At IVONNE, we kindly ask that clients refrain from bringing guests, children, or pets into the treatment areas to ensure a calm and safe environment. This helps us focus on providing the best care possible. If you have any concerns or special requests, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them. At IVONNE, Inc. "(IVONNE)", our primary goal is to provide a focused, professional, and safe environment for all our clients. To ensure the highest quality of care and to adhere to safety protocols, we have established the following policy regarding guests and children.
The purpose of this Guest and Children Policy is to ensure that IVONNE® maintains an environment that prioritizes the safety, well-being, and comfort of our clients and staff. Given the specialized nature of our treatments, the potential hazards present in a clinical setting, and the focus required by our professionals, it is imperative to adhere to the regulations, and minimize distractions and risks.
This policy sets clear guidelines to uphold the integrity of our operations, ensure the safety of everyone in our facility, and allow our professionals to provide the highest quality of care without compromise.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all clients, staff, and visitors. The clinical environment contains equipment, products, and tools that may be hazardous to unsupervised individuals, especially children.
IVONNE will not be held responsible for injuries or accidents to, or caused by, unsupervised children or guests. IVONNE cannot accept any responsibility for appointments or treatments that are impacted by children or guests.
Right to Reschedule or Cancel: IVONNE reserves the right, though not the obligation, to cancel or reschedule any appointment that has been impacted by the presence of a guest, child, or pet accompanying a client.
Penalties: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled due to the presence of a guest, child, or pet, the penalties outlined in our Cancellation Policy will apply. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our Cancellation Policy to understand any potential fees or implications.
We recognize that unforeseen situations can occur. If you anticipate a circumstance that might conflict with this policy, please reach out to us in advance of your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs within the parameters of our policies and agreements.
We understand that this policy might pose inconveniences for some clients, but it is essential for maintaining the quality, safety, and integrity of our services.
