Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

IVONNE® and its employees or contractors do not accept, review, or consider any unsolicited ideas, works, materials, proposals, suggestions, artwork, content, or similar materials, including those related to advertising campaigns, promotions, products, services, technologies, product enhancements, processes, marketing strategies, product names, or creative content (collectively referred to as “submissions”). Please refrain from sending or providing any submissions in any form to IVONNE or its employees or contractors.

This policy is in place to prevent potential misunderstandings or disputes when IVONNE’s products, services, technologies, advertising, promotions, marketing strategies, or content might appear similar to submissions provided to IVONNE. If, despite our request, you still submit any materials, then regardless of any terms stated in your correspondence, the following terms will apply to your submissions.

Terms of Idea Submission

  • Your submissions and all related intellectual property rights will automatically become the property of IVONNE, without any compensation to you.
  • IVONNE may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way, without restriction.
  • IVONNE is under no obligation to review the submissions.
  • There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

IVONNE does, however, welcome your feedback on our existing treatments, service delivery, and product offering. We request that you use the forms located at https://www.ivonne.ca/feedback. Please provide only specific feedback on our existing products, services, and marketing strategies through these forms; do not send or provide any other submissions beyond what is requested.
