IVONNE® will match competitor prices within the same area if the treatment uses identical equipment/products and is performed by an authorized provider. Proof of current pricing is required, and the policy applies only to treatments purchased in full and mentioned at the time of payment. Exclusions include online prices, group buying offers, and already discounted IVONNE services.
At IVONNE®, we offer to match a competitor’s price for the same treatment, provided it uses the same equipment and/or products and is carried out by an official authorized provider.
The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors operating within the same area as the IVONNE clinic where the client is seeking to price match. Please refer to the map below for the specific Price Matching boundaries area:
The Price Match Policy applies to:
All laser hair removal treatments
Skin treatments including AlumierMD, and Candela Laser treatments
Permanent Makeup Treatments where IVONNE, Brand pigments
In-store AlumierMD, Colorescience, EltaMD, or Olaplex products
Exclusions:
Prices offered by any competitors for AlumierMD, Colorescience, EltaMD, or Olaplex products via online shopping or retail websites.
Policy Requirements:
Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price, which must be current when seeking to price match.
The competitor's equipment or products must appear in the list of authorized providers on the manufacturer's website.
The competitor must be operating from a Class A commercial facility (not private/residential).
IVONNE may take further steps to confirm the validity of the price to be matched.
Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Match Policy.
If no maximum number of treatments is listed, the number of treatments able to be purchased is limited to 3 per client.
Clients must mention the Price Match Policy at the time of purchase or when paying for their treatment or product.
The Price Match Policy will not be applied to products and/or treatments that have already been paid for or received.
The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount, or coupon websites.
The Price Match Policy will only apply to treatments if the treatment requested by the client is necessary, indicated, and recommended for the individual client by one of our providers following a full consultation and assessment; and where there are no contraindications.
The Price Match Policy will only apply to treatments that are paid in full in advance, and for clients who are compliant with our Policies and Terms and Conditions.

Cannot be combined with any other offer,
Is not retroactive (cannot be applied after scheduling or purchase)
