In order to maintain a high level of service, we require that all clients adhere to the requirements set out in this Scheduling Policy below.
Our complete availability is conveniently published online at www.ivonne.ca. All clients and potential clients are required to self-schedule their initial appointments (including consultations) through our website or online scheduling system. It is not possible for reception to schedule your initial appointment since consent and intake forms are required.
All appointments must be scheduled, changed, or cancelled online through the Acuity Scheduling system.
Appointment requests should not be made by telephone, voicemail, email, direct message, or any other means. Clients who manage their own appointments directly will avoid any confusion about the date, time, and other important details of their appointment, ultimately leading to a better personal experience.
All appointments must be scheduled no earlier than 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Exceptions include last-minute appointments published by our clinic and pre-approved special requests.
For select appointments, an appointment confirmation fee will be applied at the time of scheduling, or to reserve an appointment.
By scheduling a treatment in our appointment scheduling system, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
Each appointment must be managed individually. Cancelling or changing one appointment has no effect on other appointments that may be scheduled on the same day, or in the future.
To cancel or change your existing appointment please tap or click on the ‘Change/Cancel’ button on your original appointment confirmation email. Read our Cancellation Policy for more details.
Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis Monday through Fridays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; and on alternating weekends from 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
All appointments take place in Eastern Time.
Appointments are not available on public holidays, namely those as set out below, however IVONNE, Inc. ("IVONNE")reserves the right to offer one-time appointment opportunities on any of these same days:

You agree to only use only those credit cards or payment methods that are owned by you at the time of scheduling, and at the time of payment. IVONNE is not responsible for any payments, refunds, fraud, or claims arising from the use of payment details that do not belong to you.

may result in you being disqualified as an eligible client for treatments or product purchases at IVONNE.
