This policy explains the general approach that IVONNE, Inc. ("IVONNE") takes to recording telephone calls made with clients, suppliers, or other contacts.

In Canada, the recording of telephone calls is governed by PIPEDA, through the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. A copy of the guidelines can be viewed here.

All calls are subject to recording for quality and training purposes. Inbound callers will be notified that their call is subject to recording at the beginning of a call.

If you do not consent to having your call recorded, please communicate with IVONNE through one of the alternate methods listed at the bottom of this page.
