Rewards Program Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Terms and conditions for the IVONNE Rewards Program including earning, redemption, expiration, and program rules.

1. Program Overview

The IVONNE Rewards Program allows clients to earn points on qualifying treatments and products, which can be redeemed for against select treatments or products sold through IVONNE®. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in the program.

2. Eligibility

The Rewards Program is available to all active IVONNE® clients. Enrollment is not automatic: you join by activating the Rewards Program in the Rewards tab of your client portal, and your provider can assist you with activation. Once activated, points accrue automatically on qualifying activity. By participating, you agree to these terms.

3. Earning Points

Points are earned on qualifying in-clinic treatments and services at a rate communicated at the time of service. The current earning rate and any promotional multipliers will be displayed in your account. Points are credited after your appointment is completed and payment is received in full.

4. Bonus and Promotional Points

From time to time, IVONNE® may offer bonus points for activities such as referrals, perfect attendance, promotional events, or other program incentives. Unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance, bonus and promotional points are subject to the same expiration and redemption rules as regular earned points.

5. Tier Status

The program includes tier levels that provide enhanced benefits. Your tier status is reviewed annually on January 1st based on your qualifying spend over the previous 12 months. Higher tiers may include benefits such as earning multipliers, priority booking, and exclusive offers.

6. Redemption Rules

Points may be redeemed for discounts on qualifying treatments and services, subject to the following:

  • Minimum Redemption: Points can be redeemed in minimum amounts of $10.
  • Maximum Usage: You may use reward credits for up to 50% of your purchase or service total per transaction.
  • No Cash Value: Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or products.

7. Non-Transferability

Reward credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder. Points cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred to another person or account.

8. Points Expiration

Your rewards membership stays active as long as you visit the clinic. After 24 months of no in-clinic appointments, your membership becomes inactive and all accumulated reward points and program benefits expire. Client-funded wallet credits and prepaid treatment balances are not affected by membership inactivity and do not expire.

This is an activity-based expiration policy in accordance with Ontario consumer protection regulations. Points do not expire solely due to the passage of time.

9. Elite Member Benefits

Elite tier members (Refined and Flawless) enjoy enhanced benefits including points that do not expire due to inactivity, provided their membership remains in good standing.

10. Account Activity Requirement

Your rewards membership stays active as long as you remain an active client. After 24 months of no in-clinic appointments, your membership becomes inactive and accumulated points will expire. Reactivation may be possible by booking a new appointment, subject to program availability.

11. Program Changes

IVONNE® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program or any aspect of it at any time, with reasonable notice to members. Changes may include earning rates, redemption values, tier thresholds, or program rules. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your client portal.

12. Program Termination

In the event that IVONNE® discontinues the Rewards Program entirely, members will be given at least 90 days notice to redeem accumulated points. After the notice period, any unredeemed points will expire. IVONNE® is not liable for any unredeemed points upon program termination.

13. Account Termination

If your client account is terminated for any reason, including violation of IVONNE® policies or at your request, any accumulated points will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

14. Compliance with Law

This program is operated in compliance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act and applicable regulations regarding loyalty programs.

15. Correction of Errors, and Your Rights

From time to time an error may occur in the calculation, crediting, display, or handling of your points, credits, or tier status — for example a clerical, typographical, or calculation error, or a technical fault. IVONNE® may correct any such error so that your account reflects the points and credits you have actually and correctly earned under this program, whether or not the incorrect figure was previously displayed to you. A displayed balance reflects our records at that time and is not a guarantee of value; where records differ, the correct entitlement earned under these terms applies. Corrections are made only to reflect the accurate amount and are never used to expire or reduce points you have genuinely earned.

Notice. If we correct, cancel, or suspend any points or credits in your account, we will give you clear notice of what changed and why.

Reinstatement. You may make a written request to reinstate any points or credits that have been corrected, cancelled, suspended, or expired. Active clients can raise it under our Dispute Resolution Policy — through the Dispute Resolution form in the client portal — and we will respond in writing, including a written explanation of the reasons if we are unable to grant it.

Your legal rights. Nothing in this program limits any right you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law to recover points or credits that were improperly suspended, cancelled, or expired.

16. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding your points, tier status, or a redemption, active clients can raise it under our Dispute Resolution Policy, through the Dispute Resolution form in the client portal. IVONNE® will review your concern in good faith and provide you with a written explanation of the outcome.

17. Agreement

By participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are in addition to IVONNE® general Terms and Conditions as well as its Policies.

This program is administered in accordance with Ontario's Consumer Protection Act and the applicable regulations governing loyalty and reward programs, as those laws may be amended from time to time. These laws protect your right to earn and redeem reward points and to be treated fairly, including your right to clear notice if points are corrected, cancelled, suspended, or expired, to request their reinstatement in writing, and to a written explanation if a request is denied. Updates

  • August 19, 2026: We clarified how we handle occasional errors in your points or credits — if a mistake happens, we correct it to the right amount, let you know, and you can ask us to review it in writing. We also refreshed the legal section to keep it current with Ontario consumer protection rules.
  • September 28, 2026: We corrected our description of how you join the Rewards Program. Joining is not automatic: you activate it yourself in the Rewards tab of your client portal, and we are happy to help you do it. Once it is active, your points add up automatically.

Notice an error, inconsistency, or legal concern with this policy? Active clients can report it via their client portal.
